If they work, why do I need 21 different methods?

Not everything works the same for everyone.  While one of these methods might really relax you, for someone else they might only take the edge off, but not completely relax them.  This gives you multiple things to try to see which works best for you.

Plus, depending on where you are or what else you're doing, you might not be able to do every single one of them at the time you need it most.  No matter what your situation, you'll be able to find at least one that you can try right then.
