Hi! I'm Jessica Mele. I know what it's like being stressed and overwhelmed all of the time. I was that way for years. I had started my own online business and always felt like I should be working, and that was on top of everything else I needed to do. I knew I had to do something about it, but didn't have the time or energy to anything about it. I was too stressed out to figure out how to stop being so stressed!
Eventually I couldn't take it anymore, and started doing research on anything that would help relax me. During that research I found many things that didn't take a lot of time or energy, and really helped with the stress. The crazy thing is that many of the things not only helped with stress levels, but other things too. There are many benefits to doing these methods! Now I want to share them with you.
You're busy. If you got all 21-days at once, you'd most likely spend five minutes going through them, maybe trying one of them (or saying you'll try it later) and that's it. You'll never get back to it. You won't find the time, always saying you'll try them later. Then eventually you'll forget about it.
When you get just one email each day over the 21-days, you'll spend the one to two minutes it takes to read the one suggestion. Since it's small, bit sized information, you'll read it and put it into effect if not right then and there, sometime that day.
First, it will only take one to two minutes to read the email each day. Then, most of these suggestions will take you five minutes or less. There are a few that may take more than that, but that's mostly because you'll want to put more time in, not because it needs to be longer.
In other words, you do not need much time at all to put these relaxation techniques into action.
Often, when someone wants to do something, they find reasons to keep putting it off. While they want to do or change something, they want to do it "soon". When you're doing a challenge, you feel more motivated and committed to follow through and finish it to the end.
